this website is available “as is” without any warranties or representations. The aggregated liability of ENFARDEE COSMETICS shall be limited to the amount paid by user products. In no event ENFARDEE COSMETICS will be liable for indirect or consequential damages, financial damages, death or injury, unless in case of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You will indemnify and hold ENFARDEE COSMETICS harmless against claims from third parties who got access to the website through your account or by the use of your entrance code or password.
3. Payments:
All prices in this website are in Bahraini dinars. In case of PayPal, Visa Card, Master Card credit cards payments the final order currency will be in US $ since PayPal payment gateway does not support Bahraini Dinars currency. For clients with Bahrain Benefit Pay account final order can be paid in Bahrain Dinars by using Benefit Pay mobile app.
4. Shipping:
We Offer free standard shipping in Bahrain for orders from BD 12 or US $ 32. Shipping rate is BD 2 or US $ 5.5 per order otherwise. Currently, we can also ship to Saudi, UAE, Oman, Kuwait & Qatar.

- Shipping to GCC (Saudi, UAE, Oman, Kuwait & Qatar) using SMSA Ground or Air Shipping, 3-5 business days. GCC clients are responsible for paying all tariffs, duties, taxes, VAT and other charges that may occur when importing the products to their home country.

5. Return, Refund & Cancellation:
1. To give our customers confidence to shop with us, our stores offer a full refund on un-opened goods within 15 days of purchase subject to the below conditions.
2. Returned items should be in their original and resaleable condition, with all tags attached, any packaging intact and accompanied by a valid receipt.
3. Un-opened items purchased as Final Sales cannot be returned or exchanged
4. We will be happy to collect eligible retuned product from client place within Bahrain main land
5. Products shipped to GCC countries are not eligible for return or refund.
6. We will provide you with a credit to your relevant card account within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make payment for the order. This includes via PayPal, Credit cards & Benefit Pay
7. Products that have already been shipped cannot be canceled
6. Subscription Contract:
- By purchasing any subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive periods, at the then-current subscription rate. To cancel your subscription at any time, you must update your user account at the site or email us. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
- As a subscriber, you agree to the following benefits and Terms: You must provide us and keep us up to date with accurate contact and payment information, including name, shipping address, and credit or debit card number. We save your payment information for ease of future shipments and charges. You are responsible for any fees or charges your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge you. If your payment to us is returned for any reason, we may bill your account again directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.
- We will store your information like shipping address and email address on our secure server.
- Your payment information will be stored on the secure servers of the payment processor (not on our site).
7. These website terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Kingdom of Bahrain
